  1. Customised and Personalised Items

As our customised products are handmade according to the customer’s selected design, name, date, colour and other personalisation details, they cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.

Please check all spelling, dates and customisation details carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors in information provided or approved by the customer.

  1. Handmade Variations

Every piece is handmade and unique. Slight differences in colour, texture, flower placement, gold flakes, resin patterns and finishing are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Resin and natural or organic materials may gradually experience slight changes in colour over time. Proper care can help preserve the piece, but natural ageing is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the parcel and packaging
• An unboxing video, if available

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

  1. Order Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Cancellation may be accepted only if production has not started. Once materials have been prepared or production has begun, customised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  1. Delivery Issues

We carefully inspect and pack every order before delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us so we can assist with the courier investigation.
