This website is operated by Seasonlye Design under the brand Seasonlye Art Room. By visiting our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

  1. Products and Services

We offer handmade resin products, customised gifts, keepsakes, workshops and related services.

Product photographs are provided as references. As every piece is handmade, the final product may have slight differences in colour, pattern, texture, placement and finishing.

These natural handmade differences are not considered defects.

  1. Customised Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate customisation details, including names, dates, spelling, colours, designs, logos and other instructions.

Please check all details carefully before confirming your order. Once the design or information has been confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible and may require an additional charge.

We reserve the right to decline requests that cannot be safely or reasonably produced.

  1. Keepsake Materials

Customers must contact us before sending valuable or irreplaceable keepsake materials such as baby hair, umbilical cord, dried flowers or other personal items.

Please send only the amount requested and pack all materials securely. We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs before the materials are delivered to us.

We will handle received materials with reasonable care. However, natural materials may be fragile and may change in colour, shape or appearance during preservation and the resin-making process. An exact final appearance cannot be guaranteed.

Any unused keepsake materials will be returned only if this has been agreed upon before production.

  1. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise.

Orders will only be confirmed after payment has been received and verified, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

For bank transfers or QR payments, customers may be required to upload a payment receipt or provide a transaction reference.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be verified, the product is unavailable or the order information is incomplete.

  1. Production Time

Estimated production times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the product, design complexity, order quantity and availability of materials.

Production time begins only after:

• Payment has been verified
• All customisation details have been confirmed
• Required keepsake materials have been received, where applicable

Urgent orders are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us before payment.

  1. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier services, weather, public holidays, peak seasons or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will provide tracking information where available and assist with courier enquiries when necessary.

  1. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Customised and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to customers under applicable Malaysian law.

  1. Workshops

Workshop dates, locations, duration, materials and inclusions will be stated on the relevant booking page or confirmed directly with the participant.

Participants must follow the safety instructions provided during the workshop. Children must be accompanied or supervised as stated in the workshop requirements.

Workshop cancellation, transfer and rescheduling requests are subject to the conditions stated in the relevant workshop listing or booking confirmation.

  1. Website Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, prices and website information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We may correct errors, update information or cancel an affected order. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the relevant payment will be refunded.

  1. Intellectual Property

All original designs, product photographs, videos, written content, workshop materials and branding displayed on this website belong to Seasonlye Design / Seasonlye Art Room unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

  1. Customer Content

Customers confirm that they have permission to provide any names, photographs, logos, artwork or other content submitted for customisation.

Customers must not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seasonlye Design / Seasonlye Art Room will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, delayed delivery or misuse of a product.

This section does not exclude liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Malaysian law.

  1. Privacy

Personal information is collected and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
